Tadalafil 28 Film Coated Tablet ( 2.5 mg, 5 mg )
Tadalafil 28 Film Coated is a drug used to help increase the flow of blood to the penis in men who have difficulty getting, or maintaining an erection, following sexual arousal.
Available in 2.5mg or 5mg as a daily tablet or 10mg or 20mg.
Tadalafil starts to work around 30-45minutes; however, it can produce an effect anywhere between 20 to 60 minutes after being taken.
Tadalafil will be effective up to 36 hours after taking the tablet; however, this does not mean that you will have an erection for the duration of this time. Sexual stimulation is also needed to achieve an erection whilst taking Tadalafil.
The time it takes to work and produce the desired effects can be influenced by other factors such including food and alcohol. Consuming Tadalafil with a high-fat meal or a high amount of alcohol will delay how long it takes for Tadalafil to work and may be less effective.
Although Tadalafil can typically be taken as often as it is required, it is recommended not to take more than one erectile dysfunction medication treatment in 24 hours.
Tadalafil should always be used in caution in men with heart problems. Tadalafil can put the heart under increased strain by causing the blood vessels that supply the heart to widen, which results in increased blood flow into the heart.
Whether Tadalafil is suitable or not will depend on a number of individual circumstances and your symptoms as well as their severity.
What causes erection problems?
There are several possible causes of erectile dysfunction (known also as impotence or ED). Psychological or emotional factors can often play a part, such as pressure to perform in a new relationship, feelings of stress or worry (which may not necessarily be connected to the act of sex itself), or depression. Lifestyle habits, for example smoking, alcohol consumption and not getting enough exercise, can induce symptoms as well.
In some cases, a health condition like high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes or may be the root cause. So, if you develop erectile dysfunction and find that symptoms persist, it’s a good idea to see a doctor about the issue, so that they can rule out any underlying condition that may be behind it.
When treating ED, a doctor may suggest making lifestyle changes to help tackle symptoms. This might include cutting down on alcohol intake, quitting smoking, or exercising more. However in some instances, these measures may not be enough, and prescription treatment may be necessary.
