Tadalafil 4 Film Coated Tablet ( 10 mg, 20 mg ) is a drug used to help increase the flow of blood to the penis in men who have difficulty getting, or maintaining an erection, following sexual arousal.

Available in 2.5mg or 5mg as a daily tablet or 10mg or 20mg.

Tadalafil 4 Film Coated Tablet ( 10 mg, 20 mg ) starts to work around 30-45minutes; however, it can produce an effect anywhere between 20 to 60 minutes after being taken.

Tadalafil 4 Film Coated Tablet ( 10 mg, 20 mg ) will be effective up to 36 hours after taking the tablet; however, this does not mean that you will have an erection for the duration of this time. Sexual stimulation is also needed to achieve an erection whilst taking Tadalafil.

The time it takes to work and produce the desired effects can be influenced by other factors such including food and alcohol. Consuming Tadalafil with a high-fat meal or a high amount of alcohol will delay how long it takes for Tadalafil to work and may be less effective.

Although Tadalafil can typically be taken as often as it is required, it is recommended not to take more than one erectile dysfunction medication treatment in 24 hours.

• Sudden vision loss in both eyes or one eye. Sudden vision loss in both eyes or one eye can be a sign of a serious eye problem called non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.
• An erection that will not go away (priapism). If you have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, get medical help immediately. Priapism can cause permanent damage to your penis.
• Sudden hearing decrease or hearing loss. Some men may also have ringing in their ears (tinnitus) or dizziness.
